Ninja Training for Children
Ninja Training Program for children focuses on building strength, agility, and coordination through obstacle-based movement, like running, jumping, and climbing.​ It encourages creativity, problem-solving, and boosts confidence, while improving fitness, balance, and body control in a fun and dynamic way.

Your child's ninja journey starts at Level 1: Mini Ninja, where they build the foundations of movement, balance, and coordination. As they conquer each of the 5 progressive levels, they’ll gain strength, confidence, and agility. The journey ends with the title of Advanced Level — an independent young ninja hero who boldly defies obstacles and moves with freedom.

Parkour Levels

LEVEL 1 - MINI NINJA
For ages 2 to 3, this level focuses on safe climbing, balance, coordination, and basic motor-brain synchronization. It helps toddlers build confidence and strength while learning to interact with their environment safely.

LEVEL 2 - BEGINNER
Emphasizes speed, agility, and mastering essential flips and grips for parkour foundations. Students begin combining running and jumping techniques to create smoother parkour movements.

LEVEL 3 - INTERMEDIATE
Builds on speed and jumping with intermediate vaults, climbing techniques, and flips for obstacle handling. It introduces more complex challenges to improve control and fluidity in motion.

LEVEL 4 - ADVANCED
Focuses on advanced vaults, intermediate flips, and developing a unique flow and strategies for obstacle navigation. Students begin expressing creativity through personalized combinations of learned skills.
